Condamine Alliance Traditional Custodians Advisory Committee
Traditional Custodians will provide advice and guidance to Condamine Alliance on Cultural Heritage and Natural Resource Management of the Condamine catchment.

Traditional Custodians Role
- Advise Condamine Alliance on Aboriginal issues and how they relate to Aboriginal engagement in NRM
- Play an active role in linking between Aboriginal families and the Cultural Heritage Site Assessments across the Condamine catchment that relate to Condamine Alliance funded works
- Assist Condamine Alliance and its partners to work in accordance with their obligations under the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003
- Assist Condamine Alliance and its partners in the development of new and existing projects
- Provide advice to Condamine Alliance on contemporary issues
- Fill vacancies and manage succession issues for the Traditional Custodians Advisory Committee

Stakeholders Roles
The role of the Stakeholders is to support the Traditional Custodians Advisory Committee on a need basis and to assist them in helping achieve their goals through providing support for:
- Governance
- Decision making
- Capacity building of TCAC
- Funding opportunities, identification and application process
- Current update of government policy, legislation and initiatives
- Filling vacancies and managing succession issues for the Traditional Owner Advisory Committee
Condamine Alliance Aboriginal Engagement Officer will liaise and provide executive support to the Traditional Custodians Advisory Committee.
Meeting Timing and Duration
The Traditional Custodians Advisory Committee will meet a minimum of 2 times and a maximum of 3 times a year. Meetings can be 1 or 2 days in duration
