Wellness Committee
The wellbeing of our staff is central to the maintenance of a vibrant workplace. Condamine Alliance values our staff wellness highly and as such has taken an active approach to assisting our staff become more aware and to make informed choices towards a more successful existence.
Wellness Mission
To enable Condamine Alliance staff to improve their awareness of and make choices towards wellness so they are capable in themselves and their work.
To ensure wellness in our organisation Condamine Alliance values:
- A safe, comfortable and enjoyable physical environment
- An environment which favours the opportunity to speak one’s thought
- Work not impinging on family commitments and vice versa
- Staff achieving high professional and personal goals
- Staff having social responsibility outside of the organisation
- Staff physically and mentally fit to carry out their duties

Wellness Committee
It is acknowledged that Condamine Alliance has an existing robust wellness approach and semi-structured program. The formation of a Wellness Committee actively supports the continuation and maintenance of existing wellness initiatives; and offers the opportunity to strengthen and expand these initiatives.
